Watched 'Toy Story III' last night for the hammerdhead's birthday, and it was spectacular!! I've been waiting ages to watch it, and was it ever all that I had expected!
I loved Spanish Buzz, that was hilarious, and I now want to learn the dance Buzz and Jessie did at the end :) (who knows if that'll ever happen.)
I laughed through the entire movie, I probably would've been really annoying in theaters ;) I'll bet you have everyone laughing and crying at different parts.
I think TS the third was a great movie to watch for Hammer's b-day, the first Toy Story was, and still is, his favorite movie.
Pixar can do no wrong... (so far... I have my eye on you, 'Cars II'.)

Mules Are Bigger Than Horses
The sky is turquoise blue, the air is clear.
A meeting of minds, alike as can be.
Their lives so different, parting draws near.
Severed already by a figurative sea.
Working in unison as hearts are bound.
They speak together 'til the job is done.
Ever linked, though proximity unwound.
What does that matter, if memory won?
Memory won, a treasure of the heart.
Their brains vibrate still of roads unsung.
But they are grateful, cherishing the art
beautiful, on physical walls unhung.
Doubting am I, that they meet again still,
but the heart hopes on, as it always will.

10 Things of no importance what-so-ever
Some of the many silly little things I can do that don't mean much, but are kinda fun:
1. Make dolls out of old t-shirts
2. Make amateur doll-clothes
3. Embroider
4. Plant choke-cherries
5. Write haikus
6. I know the basic idea of how to write a sonnet, though I still haven't actually written one
7. Write a smattering of Chinese characters from memory
8. Repair rugs, pants, socks, those sorts of general things
9. I know a smattering (and I mean a smattering) of Elvish, Japanese, and maybe some Spanish (Nothing much, really.)
10. Make shortbread from memory
11. (bonus, baha.) I know what Belum means! :D
And that's it for now, like I said, nothing much, but kinda useful in a way :)

The Tao of power
Using What is Not
Thirty spokes converge at one hub;
What is not there makes the wheel useful.
Clay is shaped to form a vessel ;
What is not there makes the vessel useful.
Doors and windows are cut to form a room;
What is not there makes the room useful.
Therefore, take advantage of what is there,
By making use of what is not.
Pretty cool.
I can hardly wait to start using this book in my school.

Sugar I stupid. Very easily disguised, and wickedly yummy in baked goods. Stupid, very stupid. I don't think it ought to be this bad for you. I'll bet it's all the chemicals in it from bleaching it white and spraying it with pestisides and stuff. You'd think people in general would be smarter.

Mother's day
"I feel good today, funny. It is not my day. But perhaps it is, isn't every day everybody's?
"There was a rainbow, the first I've seen in awhile. It was so ethereal, so tattered, so spirit-thin. What a wonderful Mother's day gift from god."

Spots before my eyes
If society is a web,
Then who is the spider?
A bird is pushed out of the nest
To be consumed by the world
Am I to become that bird?
That fledgling bird who feels the wind with it's wingtips for a short time until the ground is realized before it
Or will the earth accept it?
Will it forget to fall?
